The SEAL-NR project leverages synchronous and asynchronous Virtual Exchange (VE) technologies to enhance 21st-century skills among educators and young individuals. Targeting tutors and young people aged 16-30 from Poland, Latvia, North Macedonia, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan, the project fosters digital and soft skills, psychological resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
